-hot water tap to be repaired today by a plumber -cooler has been adjusted however new load of freshly made sandwiches just placed in the cooler so the sandwiches have not cooled down yet. Recommend having the sandwiches cooled in the kitchen in the walk in cooler before being brought out to the concession
