Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fried veggie balls measured at 32.9C internal temperature which was made at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items. All hot potentially hazardous foods must be cooked to 74C internal temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the following to be stored under room temperature:
-Barfi (dairy-based), cream pastries, dhal batter and dhal soaked in water.

Observed raw chicken, peeled potatoes to be stored in the stand-up cooler which the unit measured at an air ambient temperature of 6.4C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard aforementioned food items observed being stored under room temperature. Move the raw chicken and peeled potatoes to a working cooler that is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Alo Baigan observed to be stored under room temperature. Internal temperature measured at 59C.
Corrective Action(s): Reheat aforementioned items to 74C and keep under flame on the oven. All hot potentially hazardous foods must be stored under 60C or higher.

Observation: No chlorine based sanitizer bucket or spray bottle avaliable in the kitchen or front servicing area.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine-based sanitizer buckets for the kitchen and front servicing area to measure at 100-200ppm to ensure proper sanitation. Corrected by: Immediately.

Corrective Action(s): Hold the aforementioned raw meats and produce. Do not use for sale. Present invoice of all meats and produce purchased to inspector for verification to allow for use. All food must be purchased from approved sources. Corrected by: Immediately.

Observation: No Food Safety Plan developed for barfi, roti, cream pasteries, veggie balls. Only previously approved food safety plan was for curry and allo baigan.
Corrective Action(s): Develop Food SAfety Plan for aforementioned items and all food items that is being prepared that is not curry or allo baigan for health review and approval. Corrected by: Immediately.
