Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Empty soap dispensers noted in 2 handwash stations (nearby baking area and cash registers) noted during the inspection.

All handwash stations must always be equipped with soap and paper towel, along with hot and cold running water at all time to allow food handlers to use when required. Please ensure to check that all handwash stations are stocked throughout the day.

Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations, including staff and patron washrooms (with the exception of 2 stations noted in violation 401), were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water and liquid soap.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
All food in the hot hold units were noted > 60C.
All food stored protected and off the floor.
QUAT sanitizer containers noted throughout the preparation and serving areas. All noted with 200 ppm QUAT. QUAT sanitizer test strips available.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 74.8C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. Rinse temperature gauge read 190F during the rinse cycle.
General sanitation (except for one small area below the bread holding rack in the baking area - minor buildup and debris. Please clean area and maintain in a sanitary condition.) noted satisfactory.
Improvement noted in the number of flies noted in the facility (baking area and by the mop sink). No signs of other pest activities noted during the inspection. External pest control company comes in once a month and as needed.
Manager's FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate was available at the time of inspection - expires August 14, 2024.

No signature required due to COVID-19.
