Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink at the back wash blocked by a tray. Handwashing sink had tongs and knife inside basin. Handwashing sinks should be free of obstructed items at all times. Items removed at time of inspection by operator.

Observation: 1.Food and non-food items (extension cords, binders etc, stereo system found above opened packages of food items) stored together in disorganized fashion.
2.Bags of flour found on the floor.
3.Bags of flour found close by Ant dust placed along the edges of the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Separate food and non-food items in storage. Organize the storage of these items so that they are separated.
2.Store flour off the floor at least 6" above the floor.
3.Move the flour bags farther away from the Ant dust.
Correction date: 2 weeks.

Observation: The following areas required cleaning:
-Preparation table at back
-Dough mixers
-Plastic Containers below prep table at back had build up of food debris
-Items found on the floor under shelving unit at the back
-Dough poofer room (walls, floor, ceiling)
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the areas noted above. Reorganize the items at the back so that they are off the floor, so that the floor can be cleaned.

Observation: A spray bottle of unknown liquid found not labelled and hung above food items at back. Operator says it is water.
