Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Meat slicer not properly cleaned as food debris observed affixed on blade cover as well as underside of blade.
Two knives observed jammed between the wall and the sandwich pep cooler. These were removed to be washed.
Correction: Ensure staff are properly trained on how to clean and sanitized the meat slicer after use. Use a flashlight to check the cleaning especially the underside.
Donot store knives at this location as the wall and the side of the sandich cooler cannot be properly sanitized.

Monitoring logs being maintained. Ensure temperatures are monitored daily.
Manager stated staff are properly trained on how to clean an sanitize the meat slicer. Flashlight is available adjacent to the slicer to verify cleaning has been properly done.
