Health permit posted and valid.
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in spray bottle and buckets).
Walk-in freezer was colder than -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at -1 to 1 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 3 deg C.
Hot holding for meatballs and soup was above 65 deg C.
Sandwich prep line cooler was at 2-3 deg C (internal temp. of food).
Temperature log was available and well maintained.
Staff hygiene was satisfactory (clean uniforms and hair restraint/hair nets used).
Premises was busy at time of inspection; however, they are maintaining the premises in sanitary condition.
All food items in the back storage were off the floor and protected from contamination.
No signs of pests noted. Washrooms were in satisfactory condition at time of visit.
Note: Provided a reminder card for Food Safe 1 recertification.
Ensure all staff have valid Food Safe 1 training by beginning of August 2018.
