Permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Walk-in freezer was at -10 deg C (Documented on temp. log that it gets colder at -18 deg C). Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C. Prep line coolers were at 1-3 deg C. Hot holding for meat patties, gravy was >65 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control in place. Staff hygiene satisfactory - clean uniform, hair nets and hand washing observed. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
