Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer level in one of the buckets wasn't adequate.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refreshed the sanitizer solution during inspection.

Observation: 1) The temperature inside the "Habco" sliding door cooler in the back is 8.6 degC. This is too high.
2) Walk-in freezer temperature is at -6 degC. This is too high. Some items are frozen, but some aren't.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Move all dairy products into the adjacent cooler. Get the Habco cooler fixed. Do not store PHF's in this cooler in the mean time.
2) Monitor the walk-in freezer as it may be in its defrost cycle. If the temperature doesn't drop to -18 degC or below, then get it repaired.
