Items probed in under counter cooler were measured at an internal temperature of approximately 4 degrees C at time of inspection. Ambient temperature of under counter cooler was measured at 3 degrees C at time of inspection. It was stated by staff on site that a technician was on site two or three days ago in regards to the under counter cooler.
