Routine inspection. Services provided: Nails (manicure, pedicure, foot bath, acrylic and gel nails) and Esthetics (waxing, eyebrow tints). No eyelash extensions being offered and not approved for eyelash extensions. Remove eyelash items from waxing room.

Use all chemicals safely and properly according to label. Store all chemicals in original bottles.
Nails:
- Critical items (razor blade) - pedicure blades are single use - discarded into sharps container after use. See above.
- Semi critical items (cuticle nippers, metal cuticle pushers, nail clippers, metal files, metal callus rasp/foot file, etc.) are being washed after use. High level disinfectant is available (wash, rinse, dry, soak in high level disinfectant, rinse and store in container or cabinet.
- Foot bath - single use plastic liner used. See above.
- Non critical items (single use) - Disposable callus pads, nail files, buffers, sanding bands used on artificial nails, and foam sandles are available. Some absorbent nail files and toe separators are being washed and re-used. See above.
Esthetics:
Waxing
- Tweezers - Clean and use high level disinfectant after each use.
- Single use (disposable) waxing strips and wooden wax applicators.
Eyebrow tints
- Use a high level disinfectant for disinfecting the plastic cup used to mix color tints.
- Tints are labelled for use on eyelashes and brows and "for professional use only".
General:
Handwashing - nail services, waxing rooms, and washroom have designated hand sinks with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single use hand towels.
Laundry - onsite laundry. Use hot dry.
