Observation: All sanitizer buckets are not labelled properly.

Observation: Shelves throughout the processing area had items (ie. tools or old containers) being stored that are not required for operation.
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize and remove all such items throughout the facility.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
All freezers are -18c or below.
No hot holding on premises.
All foods are being stored off the floor throughout the facility.
All foods are being stored on trays or in food grade containers throughout facility.
All dishes/equipment is being stored off the floor as well.
Note: Dishwasher was not in operation during time of inspection.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration in sanitizer buckets.
Rags are being stored in sanitizer buckets.
Employees onsite noted to be wearing proper protective wear.
Overall sanitation has improved.
Pest control is in place.
Professional pest control company is contracted for monthly inspections.
