- Handsink is stocked
- 200ppm QUAT detected from the dispenser at the sink
- Coolers measured <4C (except for the small cooler under the oven), freeezers measured <-18C
- The small cooler under the oven measured 6C at the time of inspection. Keep it closed for a while and monitor for the temperature. Adjust/repair the cooler if the temperature does not reach 4C or below.
- Foods in cooler inserts measured 4C or blow
- Foods in hot holding unit measured >60C
- Temp monitoring is conducted twice daily
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is good
