The following items have been corrected: - daily temperature log available - manager completed the food safe / recertification/ - Thank you - bleach water to be used thrtogh out the day not only at night ( closing shift cleaning up ) Still need your attention: - 502 violation - However, we still need at least one person per shift to hold a food safe certificate ( http://www.foodsafe.ca/courses/level-1.html#online ) or (www.go2hr.ca/training-education/foodsafe-by-distance-education) - to be completed by May, 2019. - some cleaning and re-organizing at the back/storage area - please remove the fly strips above the food preparation area ( they can be used only in the are where is no food has been prepared ) - completed.
