Comments

General: General sanitation is good. Hand washing sink has hot/cold running water and is stocked with paper towels and liquid soap. Laser hair removal: Preempt CS20 wipes used to disinfect client goggles. Laser warning sign posted on door. Treatment bed paper liner also single use. No reflective surfaces in treatment room. Emergency shut off button is visibly present on laser machine. Hydra facials: Single use plastic tips are stocked up and discarded in garbage after each client. LED hand piece disinfected with 70% isoproplyl alcohol. Micro needling: Needles are pre-sterilized and single use. Sharps container available for use. Needling pen is disinfected with Prempt CS20 wipes. Derma planing: Holder is to be disinfected in PREempt CS 20 solution or equivalent. Blades are single use.
