Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The salad bowls that are used to mix the dressings should be washed every 2 hours as per your food safety and sanitation procedures. Staff are not following this procedure.
Corrective Action(s): Talk to all the staff to make sure they are aware of the proper protocol. As per manager, he will be adding that on a separate alarm to remind staff.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer at the dishwasher had run out. The bucket had to be refilled during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff are checking the sanitizer buckets daily and refilling as needed.

Observation: Sliced red peppers were in an insert which was stored directly on top of cooked chicken in the pull-out cooler drawer.
