Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various items such as alfredo sauce, sauteed mushrooms, sliced tomatoes and other sauce mixtures are sitting on ice between 12-14C. Ice was not at the level of the food in containers.
Corrective Action(s): Cook added more ice during the inspection and agreed that it will be used up within 2hrs.
Reorganize the items so they fit in the wells and add more ice so it is at the level of the food items.
Only have enough inside the containers so they can be used up in two hours. Discard leftovers after 2hrs and refill with cold product in new containers.
