Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -unlabeled spray bottle of lemon scented chemical next to fruit prep cooler on cookline. Staff onsite unaware of what chemical is inside.
Corrective Action(s): -spray bottle contents voluntary discarded during time of inspection. Ensure all chemical/cleansers are labelled.

Notes
-general sanitation is satisfactory
-no obvious signs of pests noted during inspection
-Low temp chlorine dishwasher @ 50 ppm chlorine (test strip) residual at plate level
-all hand sinks are fully stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels.
-cream of spinach hot held @ 70.2 deg. C internally using probe thermometers
-all coolers <=4 deg. C, all potentially hazardous foods in side coolers @ 4 deg. C or less. All coolers (walk in, prep coolers) equiped with accurate Food grade thermometers
-walk in Freezer @ -18 deg. C, food @ -18 deg. C and solid
-staff on site is FOODSAFE certified
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles @ 200 ppm. Reusable cloths are inside sanitizer solution in between uses.
-all food is well protected (off the ground, covered)
-health permit posted in conspicuous location in front area behind cash register
-temperature logs are up to date and on site
-storage of chemicals is satisfactory
-sanitation plan/food safety plan available onsite
-pest control company routinely comes in for inspection
-Food handlers are washing hands in between glove use
