Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer detected in the rinse cycle of the dishwasher.The sanitizer line was not connected to the sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dishwasher sanitizer line is connected to the sanitizer solution at all times. 50 ppm Cl solution must be available in the rinse cycle at all times when the dishwasher is in use. Rewash all the reusable dishes and utensils.
