Mice droppings removed, surface was informed to be bleached down. Recommend sealing hole where there is piping coming through. Dry storage cooler cleaned. Food safety plans available onsite. Discussed that procedures should be followed as per approved safety plans and have head office (Toronto) update if there are changes in menu or procedures.
