Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine at beginning of inspection, new container of chlorine was added recently.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure dishwasher is primed properly after installing new container. Must also check the dishwasher everyday and keep records of concentration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found dent can of pineapples on the shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use cans that are dented as food inside may be contaminated with metals.

Observation: Food and grease build up noted under and between all equipment in the cooking area. Grease is noted dripping from exhaust hood, and is accumulating on and inside the stand up freezer beside the cooking line.
Corrective Action(s): A deep and thorough cleaning is required through out the kitchen, especially around the cooking line to remove all the food debris and grease. Pull out all equipment, and wash all surfaces to remove grease. Add cleaning as part of end of day duties to prevent such build up.
