A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CE5UJL and the following observations were made.
- Temperature log maintained but not updated. Ensure to update logs DAILY
- Meat sauce hot held at 60C
- Frozen items were not observed to be thawing in room temperature
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Rubber lining on the walk in freezer door replaced
- Pizza cooler equipped with working thermometer
