- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm chlorine bleach.
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 75 C at plate and 189 F at gauge
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Leaks have been repaired
