Observation: Dry storage locker - door does not have a door sweep, mouse droppings observed in locker common area and inside locker.

Conduit opening from side of millwork behind packaging unit is a pathway used by mice.
Corrective Action(s): Install a door sweep to exclude pest entry from under the door.

Pest proof space around conduit.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
back room - under mop sink, beside upright cooler, under diswashing sinks, under milk crates and around grease trap.
front service area - behind ice machine, behind 1 door undercounter cooler, behind packaging machine, both sides of swing gate, in corners around the entire customer area and inside collapsing door closet.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Premise is to be cleaned daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.
