Routine inspection during Summer Camp Session:

Hand wash sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser and a towel dispenser intended for single time use (pull down style).
Bleach is in supply, no sanitizer made at the time of inspection. Operator aware how to mix and prepare sanitizer solution.
Reminder that cloths will need to be stored in sanitizer during food preparation and for cleaning tables.
Walk in cooler <4C.
Walk in cooler is well organized, food items are covered; raw meat is stored on the lowest self.
Thawing is done in the cooler.
Food items are all covered and protected from contamination.
Dry storage area is organized.
No changes to main menu.
Kitchen is clean, surfaces appear clean.
Cutting boards may need replacement; some have deeper cuts and worn down.
Light in dry storage will need a cover or different bulb that has a plastic covering.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
