-Not being operated regularly -Only pre packaged products from approved suppliers - only reheating is done -Temp cooler 3 oC , freezer -16 oC , all chest freezers <-18 oC - Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink -Bleach is available for surface and dishware sanitizing. ** General sanitation is good with exception of storage room with chest freezer: clean and organize this room put more sticky traps along the wall.
