Comments

- Hand sinks in kitchen supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in all buckets and from dispenser. Good.
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- Freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- All hot held food items were measured to be above 60C. Time-tracking system in use.
- Accurate thermometers available
- General sanitation very good. All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- No signs of pest activity noted
**Ensure each insert held at room temperature is properly marked with time-stamp stickers.
