Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In left side domestic cooler it was found that light pink liquids were dripping from the bottom shelf (holding raw chicken) into the vegetable drawers that were holding green onions and cilantro. These vegetables are not going to be cooked prior to serving and deemed to be contaminated with raw chicken juices
Corrective Action(s): Discarded vegetables and directed operator to clean and sanitize the cooler unit

205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): both mini coolers in the kitchen area found to be holding food at an ambient temperature of 11C. Cooked meat products prepared that morning was stored in the cooler at 9C and onion oil at 10C
Corrective Action(s): moved products to working domestic style cooler. one of the two cooler units noted in this violation was noted as unable to keep temperature in previous routine inspection.
Remove one of the cooler units and ensure that the remaining unit is able to maintain contents <4C at all times.

Observation: Grease build up noted around stove top canopy and shelf beside it. Shelves were brown due to grease build up.
Melted liquids of various colors are on the domestic cooler's freezer portion. there is also heavy food and ice build up on the two mini coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Clean this area. this must be done on a more frequent basis to prevent fires and attracting pests.
All freezer units must be defrosted and cleaned.

Observation: Both mini fridges in the kitchen area are unable to maintain contents <4C
Corrective Action(s): remove one of the non-working cooler units and service or ensure that the remaining mini cooler is capable of maintaining contents <4C at all times.
