Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Commonly used and reused items such as stir spoons etc are rinsed throughout the day but not washed in dishwasher with sanitizing cycle during the day. According to staff only once at the end of the night are these highly used items properly washed-rinsed-sanitized.

Corrective Action(s): Going forward these items are to be washed-rinsed-sanitized-air dried every 2 to 4 hours or more often as necessary throughout the day.

2) No food or food equipment is to be stored on floor. Ensure storage minimum 15 cm up off floor. Do not store directly onto floor.
