- Area under sink and storage area behind retail cheese cooler have been cleaned to remove mouse droppings. Area behind retail cooler has been organized.
- Procedures/schedule for cleaning and sanitizing deli slicers have been implemented. Signs posted and time is recorded when slicer was last cleaned and sanitized.
