Corrective Action(s): Pest control is on contract and traps are in place.
Clean up all mice droppings, and sanitize area with either chlorine or quat sanitizer.
Monitor for new activity.

- Under counter coolers were all 3 C or colder
- Walk in cooler was 2 C
- Walk in freezer was -18 C
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottles had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine, test strips are on site
- Premises is maintained in a sanitary manner
NOTE: metal bar in the ice machine is discolored and appears to be rusting, ice shows no signs of contamination at time of inspection. Have unit checked to ensure metal is not rusting, if it is stop using ice it until part is replaced.
