-Final rinse of high temperature dishwasher measured 74 deg. C at dish surface.
Components (fuses, elements) of booster heater were replaced. Additional temperature monitoring has been implemented during busy times to ensure temperature is adequate to effectively sanitize dishes
Temperature check are completed at 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm. Log/record sheets present

-Under grill drawer cooler was serviced.
Defrost cycle was adjusted. Temperature was 3 deg. C.

-3 door Quest cooler measured 2 deg. C
One door has been sealed shut as an interim measure to prevent cold air from escaping (or warm air from entering). Door seals (which are custom) have been ordered and are scheduled to arrive Fri Aug 16.

-Requirements of Correction Order issued Aug 9/19 have been met with the exception of the door seals (noted above).
Confirmation to be emailed by General Manager once new door seals are installed.

-Operator to ensure regular monitoring and maintenance program is in place to ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
