Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse did not contain any detectable level of sanitizer
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer line was cracked and not able to supply machine with sanitizer. Operator temporarily patched line together and dishwasher technician is coming this afternoon to replace hose. After temporary repair, dishwasher final rinse measured 50ppm, although permanent repair is still required.
