Mini cooler at back is 1C. Drawer coolers at 2C. Bottom cooler (back of house) at 2C. Sliding Door Cooler at 0C
Operator has FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate
No sign of pests at time of inspection. Pest log book kept on site
High temperature dishwasher 77C at the plate
General premises satisfactory
QUAT sanitizer used for front of house and back of house about 200ppm
Food storage practices satisfactory. No food was stored on the floor, food was properly labeled in containers.
Hand sinks were equipped with soap, paper towel, and hot/cold water.

Note: Disposable paper towel dispenser in the back was broken at time of inspection. Operator is aware of it and has placed disposable paper towel within reach. Operator said paper towel dispenser would be fixed in the next few days.
