No hot water from two compartment sink or hand sink Staff claim hot water tank is leaking and has contacted technician to repair it. CLOSURE ORDER ISSUED - Premises is to remain closed until hot water tank is repaired - Hot and cold water must be available in premises before re-openings - Clean and sanitize all equipment in premises prior to opening
