Attempted routine inspection

Upon arrival hot water tank was not operational. No hot water from two compartment sink or hand sink
Staff claim hot water tank is leaking and has contacted technician to repair it.


CLOSURE ORDER ISSUED
- Premises is to remain closed until hot water tank is repaired
- Hot and cold water must be available in premises before re-openings
- Clean and sanitize all equipment in premises prior to opening
