General comments:
- Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Sanitizing solution available measured at 200ppm QUATs residual
- Coolers are maintaining foods at 4C or colder
- Freezers are maintaining foods at -18C or colder
- Remaining hot holding units maintaining foods at 60C or hotter
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
