1) A big piece of ham stored directly on a rack in an upright cooler
2) A bucket of marinated raw chicken uncovered in a line cooler
3) Eggs stored on top of vegetables and beverages in a beverage cooler

1) Store all potentially hazardous food (ie ham) in a food grade container, covered.
2) All potentially hazardous food (raw chicken) stored in coolers and freezers must be covered.
3) Store the eggs below vegetables and beverages

1) Get an inspection done by a professional pest control company
2) Remove all droppngs then
3) Sanitize the area with 1000ppm bleach (20ml or 4 teaspoons of bleach + 1000ml of water)
4) All open food items in dry storage area voluntarily discarded (2 bowls of rice noodle, a box of onion, and a box of ginger)
