Walk-in freezer: Clean up the build up of food on floor. Staff Wash/Changeroom: Dirty and smells of urine. **paper towel dispenser not dispensing, despite the garbage full of paper towels. Corrective Action(s): Clean up the track storage area and replace the exhaust cover plate as soon as possible. **This will help protect food from contamination. Violation Score: 9

Comments

Dish pit area pretty good. Better than previous inspections. Some areas of the floor in the kitchen, especially around legs of equipment beginning to build up. Make sure night staff take the time to properly clean the hard-to-reach areas of kitchen. Overall not bad though. Temperature controls ok.
