Observation: 3-compartment sink and the front of house handwashing sink lack hot-running water for sanitary maintenance.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned items to ensure that there are adequate hot-running water for sanitary maintenance. Temporarily use the back of house handwashing station for handwashing and fill the 3-compartment sink with hot water coming from the preparation sink for manual warewashing. Hot water must be corrected by: July 28, 2021

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap dispenser at the back of house handwashing sink is not dispensing liquid soap. Front of house handwashing sink lack paper towels and adequate hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid soap is available at the back of house handwashing sink. Temporarily use a hand-pump bottle of liquid soap at the back of house handwashing sink. Have paper towels available at the front of house handwashing sink. Temporarily use the back of house handwashing sink to wash hands until the front of house handwashing sink is well equipped with hot water.

Observation: Cockroach observed in the glue traps near the soft drink syrup racks. Fruit flies observed on the leaky and exposed pipes. Operator informed that monthly external pest control company comes in for service.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have external pest control company to service the premise. Clean and disinfect underneath equipment to prevent potential pest harbourage by reducing food debris and pooling water. Service the leaky pipe underneath the 3-compartment sink to eliminate moisture that may attract pests. Corrected by: July 28, 2021

Routine Inspection conducted today.

QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Prep cooler, grill under counter cooler, beverage cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezer measured at -21C. No food being hot-held at the time of inspection due to inspection conducted in the opening time.
Monthly pest control company in place.
Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is organized.
