303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats solution in spray bottle inadequate (100 ppm) and made a few days ago (full). Spray bottle filled when dish sink for dish sanitizing is filled. Recommend daily refill of spray bottle if using this process. Two to three pumps per sinkfull of water. Corrective Action(s): Verified three pumps is satisfactory to obtain 200 ppm. Make sure to use three full pumps of quats solution for dishes. replaced spray bottle solution. Violation Score: 5

Temperatures good. Less than 4 C for cooling units and above 60 C for hot holding. Handsinks well stocked. General sanitation is good. Areas noted on previous inspection better. Continue to monitor wall deterioration and general premises condition. OK now.
