Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT OBSERVATION: deli slicer found to have debris noted in the blade guard as well as on the blade. Blade guard was too close to the blade to allow for adequate cleaning
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with operator to have tools to adjust the blade guard. ensure that the machine is FULLY disassembled, cleaned, and sanitized after every use.
