-2 door reach-in freezer at -20 deg. C (ambient air)
-2 door reach-in cooler at back area at 4 deg. C (ambient air)
-1 door small cooler (for sandwiches) at 4 deg. C (ambient air)
-2 door undercounter cooler at drinks station at 4 deg. C and 2 deg. C (x2, ambient air), open air display cooler at 4 deg. C (ambient air)
-Dishwasher temperature at 81 deg. C at plate level
-Ice machine well maintained, scoops stored outside
-Handwash station equipped with handsoap, paper towel and hot/cold water (blow dryer in washroom)
-FoodSafe 1 certificate equivalent (Restaurants Canada) available 1 staff on duty
-Sanitation Plan and Food Safety Plan available for staff on Starbuck's website (internal)
-Quats sanitizer at dispenser at 400 ppm, 2 small sanitizer tray/tub with towel inside available under espresso machine. 1 large bucket of Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm available for surface wiping, towel observed inside. Sanitizer changed every hour (timer system implemented)
-General Sanitization (exception of dry storage) satisfactory
-No sign of pest observed at time of inspection
