Follow-up Inspection:

*Trays are now available for putting together chicken donair cones. Ensure that these trays are not stored above blue buckets.
*All vegetables and ready-to-eat dressings are now stored in separate cooler away from raw chicken.
*Floor under the shelves in dry storage area has been cleaned. Good.
*Fume hood filters have been cleaned. Ensure to get the fume hood professionally serviced by the end of May 2019.

-It is recommended to assemble the chicken donair cones on a separate stool using a wider tray to catch the spills. This will prevent contamination of the sink from raw chicken juices.
-Recommended to use a commercial de-greaser to clean floors in the back kitchen areas. Ensure to follow manufacturer directions and safety precautions while handling chemicals.
-Submit a sanitation plan outlining all chemicals/cleaners/sanitizers used and directions for usage/dilution.
-Ensure that temperature logs are up to date.
