Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut potatos and curry mix with cilantro stored over the counter at room temperature. Internal food temperature measured at 19C.
Corrective Action(s): Move the aforementioned food into the cooler immediately. These are potentially hazardous food that must be kept at 4C or less.

Observation: 1. Food debris observed in the potato presser.
2. Stains observed inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment immediately, especially the hard to reach areas. For the ice machine, discard the current ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: Immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher registered 65C at plate level during rinse cycle. At least 71C is required to properly sanitizing utensils and food surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Set up manual dishwashing at the 3 compartment sink with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizing. Staff may use dishwasher for wash and rinse but have to sanitize manually.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Marinated raw meat stored beside a bowl of broccolis inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Move the raw meat away from any vegetables and ready to eat food. Raw meats should be stored on the lower shelves away from vegetables and ready to eat food.

- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloth stored in.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- Temperature records sporadically maintained.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
