Corrective Action(s): As discussed, store all PHF's like samosas, sausage rolls on the top shelf and the non-PHF's on the bottom to maintain temperature.

General Comments:
Storage Unit #5 upstairs: Chest freezer temperature is -19 degC; Upright fridge temperature is 3 degC and upper freezer is -18 degC
True refrigerator temperature 3 degc; undercounter milk cooler 2 degC; Danby freezer -15 degC (foods inside are frozen).
Handsink's fully equipped.
Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle is in use (minimum rinse temperature of 150 degF met).
200ppm Bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle. LABEL THE SANITIZER BOTTLE.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
At least one staff on-site has FS level 1 certification
