All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
No evidence of pests, pest control reports kept on site.
Ice machine is cleaned weekly.
Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Check daily.
The bar glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Discussed proper glove usage with the owner.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
