Observation: Glass reach in cooler in basement measured 9 degrees C. Whole fruit and vegetable storage at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that cooler is adjusted or repaired to maintain 4 degrees C or less to limit the growth of potential pathogens and/or toxins. Do not store any potentially hazardous (i.e. perishable) foods in this cooler until such time. Date to be corrected by: Oct 6, 2017.

Observation: Coolers in basement do not have thermometers.
Corrective Action(s): Please provide thermometers accurate to 1 degree C for each cold holding unit in order to verify temperatures of 4 degrees C or less are being maintained (-18 degrees C or less for freezer units). Date to be corrected by: Oct 6, 2017.

Routine inspection conducted:

Kitchen and Front Counter:
- Reach in cooler (kitchen) at 3 degrees C
- Prep cooler at 2 degrees C (above) and 3 degrees C (below)
- Glass reach in cooler at 4 degrees C
- Small milk/juice cooler at 4 degrees C
- Hot holding soup internal temperature at greater than 60 degrees C. Probe thermometers available.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at utensil surface (minimum 71 degrees C)
- Screen door securely in place at back door

Basement:
- Two door cooler at 3 degrees C
- Reach in freezer at -19 degrees C
- Left chest freezer at -23 degrees C
- Right chest freezer at -21 degrees C
- Ice machine maintained in clean condition.
- Discussed cleaning procedures and frequency for ice machine and espresso machine.

General:
- Bleach sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Washroom maintained in clean condition and sink is adequately supplied
*Reminder: Wiping cloths if used are to be kept in sanitizing solution (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm bleach water) when not in use. Do not store used wiping cloths on counter tops.
