Liquid soap and paper towel present at handwashing station in the kitchen. **Install wall mounted soap dispenser on wall behind handsink. At time of the inspection, pump style dispensers were inside sink. Sink should be kept clear.
Liquid soap and paper towel present at handwashing station in front service area and in washrooms.
Upright freezer was -20C
Walk-in cooler was at 3C
Small on counter cooler was 4C
Sliding door cooler was 3C
Small chest freezer was -22C
Large chest freezer was -16C
Rice was being held at 71C
Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm) present for sanitizing food contact surfaces
50ppm chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle. Test strips present for monitoring. Ensure sanitizer concentration is checked daily prior to opening.
Noted food safe thawing practices at the time of the inspection. Foods were being thawed under cold running water.
