Note: Facility is not completely open for public services. Mainly used for staff and volunteers and as a demonstration kitchen occasionally. Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were noted at less than 4C. All freezer units were noted at or less than -18C. All food stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy. 400 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle. High temperature dish machine was noted at 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. Proper dispensers, with handles, were used in the bulk condiment containers. Condiments were stored in pest proof containers. No signs of pest activities were noted during the inspection. General sanitation and organization noted satisfactory.
