- Hand wash station had hot/cold water and paper towel *Ensure that all hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap*
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Upright freezer/cooler was -18C/7C - cooler door is constantly being open and closed due to fast movers being kept in there
- Preparation cooler was 4C or lower
- Cooler in front was 4C or lower
- Soda cooler was 4C or lower
- Pork kept outside during rush hour (lunch and dinner) *Have smaller portions outside during rush hour and keep the rest in the cooler*
- No pest activity observed during inspection
