Ensure Pest technician report is examined and deficiencies are addressed including the holes in wall surrounding plumbing indicated in the past 3 reports.
Have traps that are lacking glue boards serviced by Pest Technician.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves. Move all items from corners of floor in staff/receiving areas.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Ensure Bar beverage unit holder is soaked in sanitizer nightly. This is a typical area for fruit fly breeding.
